Returns and Exchanges Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 3 calendar days from the delivery date, provided the item is in original condition, with original outer packaging, all accessories, and invoice.

Return methods

  1. In store
    Return the item at our store address listed on the Contact page. Please bring your order number or invoice.

  2. Carrier drop-off location
    Drop off at an approved carrier branch such as Aramex or SMSA. We will share instructions after your return is approved.

  3. By mail or any courier
    You may ship the item back with any reliable courier. Please pack securely and write your order number on the parcel.

Return label and cost
For standard returns, the return label and shipping cost are the customer’s responsibility. If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our side, we will cover the return shipping after verification.

How to request a return or exchange

  1. Contact us at support@almdaralamny.com or +966 55 930 0364 with your order number, the reason, and clear photos if needed.

  2. We will review your request and coordinate the return method within a maximum of 10 days.

  3. After we receive and inspect the item, we will proceed with the exchange or refund.

Refunds

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days from the date the inspection is completed.

  • Refund method: to the original payment method whenever possible, or by bank transfer if required.

  • For normal returns that are not due to a defect or our error, we refund the item price only and shipping fees are not refunded if they were charged on the original order.

  • Restocking fee: no fee.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • Any price difference between products will be charged or refunded accordingly.

  • The same inspection and condition requirements apply.

Order cancellation

  • If we receive your cancellation request before dispatch, we cancel immediately and refund to the same card used for payment.

  • If the order has already been shipped, you can submit a return request under this policy.

  • Refunds are issued after the item returns to us and passes inspection.

Exceptions and limitations

  • Items showing signs of use or installation, damage, missing parts, or non-original packaging may be rejected or refunded partially to cover missing components.

  • Large or heavy items may require special return arrangements. We will coordinate with you in advance.

  • Please report any damage on arrival within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can file with the carrier.

Warranty

  • All products include a 2-year warranty from the purchase date under the manufacturer’s terms.

  • The warranty does not cover misuse, external damage, or improper installation.

  • For warranty service, contact us and we will provide the necessary steps and, if applicable, guide you to the authorized service provider.
