Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return within 3 days from the date of receiving the product, or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the item is in its original condition with the original outer packaging.

Steps to Return or Exchange:

  1. Send your request by email to support@almdaralamny.com or call us at +966 55 930 0364.

  2. Our team will contact you and arrange with the shipping company to collect the product within a maximum of 10 days.

  3. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will proceed with the return or exchange.

  4. For returns, please provide your bank details so we can refund the product amount excluding the shipping cost within a maximum of 10 business days.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • If we receive your cancellation request before the product is shipped, we will cancel the order immediately and issue a refund to the same card used for payment.

  • If the product has already been shipped before we receive your cancellation request, you may request a return according to our return policy above.

  • Refunds will be processed after the product is received back from the shipping company and its condition is verified.

Warranty Policy

We provide a two-year warranty on all products from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse or external factors caused by the customer.
