Shipping Policy

Important Notice

We currently ship within Saudi Arabia and to GCC countries only.


Shipping Carriers and Tracking

We ship orders via Aramex, SMSA, and other approved carriers. A tracking number and tracking link will be sent by email and may also be shared by SMS or WhatsApp when your order is dispatched.


1) Shipping within Saudi Arabia

Daily order cut-off time
Orders confirmed before 5:00 PM (Riyadh, GMT+3) are processed the same day whenever possible. Orders after that time are moved to the next day.

Handling time
1 to 2 days. We operate Monday to Sunday. Timelines may be affected by public holidays.

Transit time
1 to 3 days. Transit can take longer for remote areas or during peak seasons.

Shipping prices

  • Free for orders of SAR 350 or more.

  • SAR 20 for orders less than SAR 350.
    All prices include VAT.

Delivery attempts
The courier typically performs up to two delivery attempts. If delivery is not successful, the shipment may be held at the nearest branch for 5 days and then returned to us. Re-shipping can be arranged at the standard shipping rates above. If you request cancellation after the parcel returns due to failed delivery, the refund will be net of the original shipping cost.

Addresses and PO Boxes
A full physical address and an active mobile number are required. We do not ship to PO boxes only. If a PO box is entered without a physical address, we will contact you to obtain the correct address. This may cause delays.

Oversized or heavy items
Some large or heavy products may require special arrangements. We will coordinate with you before shipment, and no additional fees will be charged without your approval. If special equipment or dedicated transport is required, we will inform you in advance.

Public holidays
Processing and transit times may be affected during Eid and other official Saudi holidays. In some cases this can add one extra business day.

Installation vs shipping
For certain items, a technician may deliver and install on the same day, or we may ship first and then schedule installation. This depends on your location, technician availability, and prior scheduling. Installation timing is separate from handling and transit times.


2) Shipping to GCC Countries

Included countries: United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman.

Handling time
1 to 2 days.

Transit time
3 to 7 days, potentially longer depending on destination country, remote areas, or public holidays.

Shipping prices

  • Free for orders of SAR 500 or more.

  • SAR 35 for orders less than SAR 500.
    Prices above include VAT in Saudi Arabia where applicable. Local customs duties, taxes, and import fees in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery attempts and addresses
Standard policy applies: up to two delivery attempts, then branch hold for a limited period depending on the local carrier. A full physical address and mobile number are required. PO boxes may not be accepted in some countries.

Customs and restrictions
Local authorities may require additional documents or impose duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for any such amounts and for cooperating with the carrier to complete clearance. Certain regulated products, for example lithium batteries or some wireless equipment, may need special handling or may be restricted to specific destinations.

  • All timelines are estimates and depend on the carrier and logistics conditions.

  • Incorrect addresses or difficulty reaching the recipient can cause delays or returns.

  • Remote areas may require an additional 1 to 2 days.

  • If Cash on Delivery is offered, the carrier may apply extra fees as per their policy.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 3 calendar days from the delivery date, provided the item is in original condition, with original outer packaging, all accessories, and invoice.

Return methods

  1. In store
    Return the item at our store address listed on the Contact page. Please bring your order number or invoice.

  2. Carrier drop-off location
    Drop off at an approved carrier branch such as Aramex or SMSA. We will share instructions after your return is approved.

  3. By mail or any courier
    You may ship the item back with any reliable courier. Please pack securely and write your order number on the parcel.

Return label and cost
For standard returns, the return label and shipping cost are the customer’s responsibility. If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our side, we will cover the return shipping after verification.

How to request a return or exchange

  2. We will review your request and coordinate the return method within a maximum of 10 days.

Refunds

  • Refund method: to the original payment method whenever possible, or by bank transfer if required.

  • For normal returns that are not due to a defect or our error, we refund the item price only and shipping fees are not refunded if they were charged on the original order.

  • Restocking fee: no fee.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • Any price difference between products will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Order cancellation
